I have a background in sales and received several trainings, and in addition I have stage experience and played roles. I want to offer my services as a mystery-guest at the different locations.

A full report on the experience of staying (for hotels), or purchasing experience, in question. Viewed from the (critical) customer.
Also a list of possible points of improvement or recommendations. This in various areas, such as hygiene and buildings, but mainly focused on hospitality and sales. Maybe your own standards? Then I will use them in my report.
